Breakfasts are a special treat at La Mirada. Wake up to the smell of rich French roast coffee served with a hearty gourmet New Mexican breakfast served right in your suite, or in our guest lounge. All meals are prepared onsite and feature New Mexican specialties such as Huevos Rancheros or Rio Grande Breakfast Enchiladas. Traditional egg dishes are also on the menu as well as a lighter fare including fresh fruit, yogurt and bakery fare.
